In honor of Earth Day, our local Cub Scout Pack 1774 worked with the Department of Public Works to plant a tree in Reservoir Cemetery, continuing the Town’s 15-year long tradition.
The tree was planted because of the Town’s ongoing partnership with Tree City USA, which supplies Towns across the state with incentives such as free trees to plant when and if funding is available, recognizing communities that demonstrate a commitment to urban forestry and planting.
